THE HOUSE

This modern, single-store semi-detached house, spanning 114 m², was designed with comfort, style, and shared moments in mind. Bright interiors, natural materials, and a distinctive design inspired by the best Scandinavian projects create an atmosphere of relaxation and freedom. Every detail matters- from the carefully designed lighting to the furniture and accents that are themselves works of functional art.

LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN

The central point of the house is the spacious living room with an open kitchen, covering 47 m². It is the place where your morning espresso smoothly transitions into evening conversations over wine. The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for communal cooking after a day spent on the course, in the forest, or by the sea.

BEDROOMS

In addition to the spacious living room and kitchen, four comfortable rooms are at your disposal:

Master Bedroom (16 m²): Features 1 double bed (180 cm wide, composed of 2 separate 90 cm mattresses). We can separate the beds into two singles upon request.
"Sea" Bedroom (11 m²): Equipped with 2 separate single beds (80 cm wide).
"Forest" Bedroom (11 m²): Equipped with 2 separate single beds (80 cm wide).
Office Room (11 m²): Includes a convertible sofa (140 cm wide), ideal for 2 people (with an additional mattress provided).

Each room is bright, dominated by wood and earth tones, with greenery peeking through the generous windows.

Two elegant bathrooms ensure convenience even during longer stays. Both are equipped with a toilet, washbasin, and a shower cabin with a rain shower head. A convenient addition is the utility room, which offers a washing machine and dryer.

TERRACE AND GARDEN

Outside, you will find a covered terrace spanning 12 m², furnished with outdoor furniture. Additional sun loungers are available in the garden shed. A view of the beautiful avenue unfolds from the comfortable sofa, and the southwest exposure guarantees wonderful, warm light. Surrounding the house is a green garden of 421 m² with a private pétanque court (boulodrome). This is the perfect spot for a social game after a round of golf or a lazy afternoon with friends.

You also have access to two parking spaces, including an electric vehicle (EV) charging station.

THE LOCALITY

The area is a true paradise for active individuals. Right next door is the best golf course in Poland, Sierra Golf Resort, which delights both professionals and amateurs. A short walk takes you to the forests of the Tricity Landscape Park, and in just a dozen minutes, you can drive to the beautiful and clean Kashubian lakes. Within a short distance are the sea and the beaches of Puck Bay, perfect for walks, sailing, or water sports. It takes only a little longer to reach the open sea and the most beautiful beaches in Poland, and perhaps the entire southern Baltic coast. Thanks to the new expressway "Trasa Kaszubska", access from the airport, main roads, and motorways is fast and convenient.
